Yes. It will be focused on SWN and held prior to practice on May 18. There are some who cannot make it, while others have chimed in that they can make it.

It's been on the calendar. Lets keep it. We can always catch up at rehearsals with updates as in years past.

We can meet briefly on May 25 as well since a large majority of the group will be present for filming.

Bryan would like to do a read through of the script at this meeting as well.

 

Will the mtg on the 25th be: IN PLACE OF? or IN ADDITION TO? The 18th mtg.

 

The meeting is May 18 prior to rehearsal. Those who cannot attend and are present on May 25 for filming can be brought up to speed. Sort of in addition to.

What time will the meeting be on the 18th? The rehearsal schedule says 6-9 pm. Marty and I will both be coming from work, so a specific time would be helpful.

 

I'll be in attendance, forgot if I'd previously mentioned.

 

I won't be making the meeting, along with the rehearsal, due to a company outing that same night.

 

I will be at the meeting on the 25th with Victoria and David, considering all 3 of us will be there already for filiming.

 

Whats more important a company outing???? or filming some movie clips for thousands of kids and grown kids ??!!!!!!
