OT: There aren't any main or even "main supporting" characters that really bothered me (at least that I can think of now), but in terms of minor ones, I hated the new "special edition" singer/band member Joh Yowza mentioned by Son of a Bith earlier and for some reason I also really disliked this guy from ESB:



For some reason, I didn't seem him as fitting into the SW universe--he seemed like he belonged in the Star Trek universe instead (though I don't mean that as a slam against ST...I loved watching reruns of the original ST TV show when I was a kid, enjoyed some of the TNG on TV and some of the feature films).

 

It would change... for the better.

 

I know I'm going to get some hate for this, but I don't like Leia in ANH, mostly just the 2nd half of it. I agree with Han. "No reward is worth this." If she weren't so pretty, Han and Luke would've just closed the doors behind them when they left the trash compactor. I like her in the other in ESB and ROTJ.

Others from the OT: just the animination of Joh Yowza (I actually like how he "sings"); Lobot did seem out of place to me (or why weren't there more like him?); that guy who looks like a vampire in the cantina; & 3PO bugged me when I was a kid just like Bert did from "Bert and Ernie" but now I enjoy 3PO.

From the PT: Hayden's Anakin in AOTC not ROTS; Padme in TPM, AOTC, not ROTS; Dexter Jettser; and Jar-Jar (though I sort of now like him when I think of him; sort of like that dorky friendly guy in school who really just wants everyone to like him and doesn't get it why people don't).

Oh yeah, and that Jedi librarian.

 

Boba Fett. He is highly overrated. I can't stand all the praise for his character.

 

Han solo and chewie.. I hate Han a tad more though.

 

Good call, darth ladnar, good call. She was definitely particularly annoying...

Never ever liked her and never will.

Not a big fan of Anakin's portrayal in the movies, but he has his really cool moments in other media.

 

I agree. I think all the erosion of the Jedi order can be traced back to her!

My least favourite characters are Han, Boba, and Thrawn.

My favourite character is Jar Jar.

 

He does, however, get them all caught by Ewoks:

Han: "Great, Chewie, great. Always thinking with your stomach."

 

PT it is a tie between Grievous and Jar Jar.
OT I really liked all the characters, but Adm. Ozzel was so inept, actually thinking he knew better than Vader.

 

I don't care for Boba Fett.

I don't like Palpatine/Sidious but he is a devious man that plans for nearly everything it seems.
