I don't think I'd ever walk out of a Star Wars movie. The only thing I worry about is if they make a lot of buzz and hype surrounding the big 3 and they aren't the focus of the new film. I don't mind if they are the leads or not, just don't make it seem one way and then give us something else.

But even if they did...no way would I walk out lol :)

If I'm next to or surrounded by obnoxious SW fans right out of Wierd Al's "White and Nerdy" music vid, who can't shutup for the duration of the movie. I would simply walk out and go to a different showing...

    Agreed.
If One Direction has a musical number at the Cantina, I'm out of the theater immediately.

To be perfectly honest, I don't see anything causing me to literally walk out of the movie. I paid for it using hard-earned money! I'm always a believer of getting my money's worth of things, and watching movies is no exception; I usually read or skim reviews before seeing a movie in the cinema. If it intrigues me and it's good enough, I will watch it. Each year, I can usually count off one hand the number of movies I end up watching in the theater. So I consider myself a rather picky moviegoer, but once I've committed to watching a movie, there is nothing that will cause me to totally give up on it partway through. Not how I do business.

Too late, Bieber already appeared in TCW as Ahsoka's boyfriend. I'm sure the members of One Direction are just waiting for their roles as the boyfriends of Luke and Mara's identical quintuplet daughters.

Nothing. We've all waited many years to see the next episode. Personally, it's preposterous to even entertain the notion that anyone on this board would walk out. I'm sure all of you (age-dependent) sat through The Phantom Menace, right? Having said that I like Episode I. And that Kennedy, Arndt, and Abrams are the brain trust - I just don't see this as a fail.

Huh... why in the seven hells would a boy band have a cameo in a SW movie?

Ahsoka could be played in real life, she does not have to be cartoon.... just like Skaak Ti!

There were substantial rumors about NSync in the Geonosis scenes in AOTC.

One Direction could be the new Max Rebo band, until Taylor Swift runs in, takes the mike and starts singing "We are never getting back together" while glaring at Harry Styles-- at which point all hell will break loose, smugglers and Rodians will start shooting and a Wookiee will rip someone's arms off.

Fact of the Day: Nsync was going to have a cameo appearance in AOTC to please Lucas' daughters. They were eventually cut out of the movie. :p

If the none of the Three gets killed. Luke, Han, and Leia turned from nobody's into heroes in the Classic Trilogy. Everyone loved it and I loved it. But i'm tired of the ranting to uphold "The Big Three" as one would for classic childrens book or Marvel/DC superhero's, all of which are unkillable and undefeatable. That's what EU has been doing for decades, and it's been repetitive and cliche. In the days when the probability of a ST was dangerously low, and the first book of Legacy of the Force came out, I was expecting that after a couple of decades they would change the status quo, particularly given "Betrayal"s exciting plot summary. They didn't.......and it's been the same ever since, now coming up on "Crucible". If they follow the post-ROTJ EU model, where all of the Three survives and looks into the sunset/stars after a same-old conflict, it won't resonate well with me. It worked with ROTJ, but it won't work that way on film again.

No, I won't walk out, and I'm fine with "good-triumph-over-evil" but at the conclusion of ep 9 if it turns out ROTJ or post-ROTJ EU style, I'll be a little dissapointed.
