I discussed this in another thread the other day, but I felt it needed its own thread since the PT was made during the dawn of the internet.

Are you going to read spoilers during the ST, or go spoiler-free?

I have learned from the PT to STAY AWAY FROM SPOILERS!!! I went spoiler-free for Episode I & II and enjoyed them very much with no expectations whatsoever. I spoiled myself silly for Episode III, and I regret it to this day. I am definetly going spoiler-free for the ST, except for Trailers/TV spots and cast interviews on Entertainment shows.

Depends on the definition of spoilers. I've got no problem with peeking at paparazi photos of actors in costume or on set shenanigans. To me that's like trying to get an idea of what you got for Christmas by feeling your present through the wrapping paper. It doesn't give you too much of an idea of what's going on, it just builds your anticipation.

However I won't be reading any detailed synopsis of the movies. It just renders seeing them absolutely pointless.

I honestly cannot decide. (Speaking of which, maybe add that option? Heh.)

Spoiling for Episode 3 didn't really feel like being spoiled to me. I basically knew all that had to happen, so that didn't really bother me all that much.
ST is a completely new kind of beast, where we have no idea in which direction they'll go. It's tempting to avoid any kind of spoilers, but it's even more tempting to know everything as soon as possible.

    We'll see.

Official trailers will be as close as I come to spoilers.

I guess I should have rephrased it, "Detailed Spoilers" It is too hard to avoid SW commercials promoting the movie, or magazines like Entertainment Weekly, but usually the studio OK's any such photo's, so it probably won't give too much away. But any detailed spoiler on the internet, that is what I will avoid this time.
