We found out why today, Sith. The modem Coffee had for years was having technical problems and they discontinued making it...they just forgot to tell us that little bit of news. So, we have a new one and its running pretty good.

over at the Quick Reference. Just had to read through forum posts on another board system back from 2009 and 2010. Ya know, nothing like 4 hours of research. All joking aside, I did enjoy it very much however. [shrugs] I love doing research and building things, so it didn't really seem like a burden whatsoever.

Oh, and I officially have the first catalyst character for the opening scene of Intervention Stories. I was playing around with intro story ideas for the short bridge game while our internet was out and I settled on one I really, really liked.

 

Hey all. Sorry for my silence on this end. Prepping for Nursing state boards and getting ready to go on a genealogy trip with my mom. I will get to posts this weekend, Monday at the latest as I have a few practice exams to get done before leaving. That being said, I will be leaving the state/country this next Weds and will return June 17. I will have internet access via my phone while gone, so I will check the boards while gone, and the plan is at the least once a week.

Still here. Sorry, I'm a stickler for detail and realism; I figure if I can't give you guys 100% as a GM, I have no reason being a GM. So, all of those hours of work last night on Hilick Soal's new thingy...flushed down the drain almost completely. Found information on Stardestroyer.net that is more so the "primary" information and I've been researching through posts from 2008 to 2009, piecing together development and author notes, to bring you all the realistic information needed for both Intervention Stories and Echoes in Eternity. I minus well get the grunt work in now, because starting Tuesday, I start taking 2 college classes on top of planning for our wedding, full time work, volunteer acting at RenFare on the weekends, and GMing. Coffee has every confidence I won't go nuts and can do it all.

Luckily, one of the classes doesn't seem too hard. The other class, however, oh fun, oh fun.

 

Case in point of research, I have 13 tabs open researching Hilick Soal's new thingy (see spoiler tag two posts above).

 

Okay, research done Finally. 70 pages of pages from 2008 to 2013; got all of the information, now I just need to check for doubles, errors, and then get it all down.

Then, I can post for Jason Lasso. I promise Bardan_Jusik, I will have a post up tonight! My nerdy side got the best of me with Hilick Soal's new toy. Sorry...

I am writing up the Delicate Delinquent thing for the Library Thread; and brushing off my HTML for an Intervention addition to my own RP webpage.

*Collapses on floor* So, after 3 days of non-stop research (all Friday night, almost all day Saturday (2pm ish until around mind-night), and all this morning), I finally have Hilick Soal's new toy ready (all but the history). You may spoil yourselves silly if you so choose, by going to and clicking on the Galactic Empire's "Commanders & Command Units". The third spoiler tag will unlock Hilick Soal's new toy (for some reason, the boards did 3 spoiler tags for the same thing ). I would highly reconmend that Sith-I-5 and Bardan_Jusik spoiler themselves, especially once I get the history up, as it will mostly likely help both of you (Sith from a Imperial storyline point of view for NPCs, Jusik for Taab) to better form your character(s) around possible Imperial storyline events. I will be expanding the section and refining it, to add the major Imperial catalysts (ship and armed forces wise) for game 2 and 3 ASAP.

Is that plot line between you and Coffee, Falcon? If so, I would ask her. If the plot line is between Mittth and you (the contract out on the Merc families), give Mitth some time. He just finished up college and had finals. I'm sure, like Coffee, this first few weeks is a wined down time from college.

 

Interesting post just now, Bravo, between Ler and Taab. I notice ISB on Bespin.

I have ISB and SG-12's investigation rolling away in my mind, following the fallout from Bespin, including ISB stormtroopers questioning people in that bar where the Merc drive was, so I don't want to clash with your ideas.

 

Just wondering what's going on with the plot because it's been at least three months since anything has been mentioned...

 

Sith, fear not my friend. Our ideas won't clash. I'm banking on the idea that the ISB is so large (larger then Imperial Intelligence) that not everyone will know what everyone else is doing in the ISB.

 

Hopefully just got the internet fixed here at home, it was acting messed up and not connecting for hours or days at a time. Tech just left and said if more trouble then it is outside the apartment. Also I have my national boards exam this Saturday. So. . .now that is going to delay me.

I'm hoping to get a quick post up shortly to reply to tags, as for the private people's being cornered, I just haven't had time to type that up.
