I think each is a Force ghost of the other, stretching across multiple dimensions. Each one has its own Cad Bane as a sort of does he contradict the EU guardian, asking the same question over and over. Sometimes, on a warm summer night, I'll gaze up at the endless expanse of stars and think I hear a faint whisper through the trees: "Duros, Duros," and I know that my blue-skinned, noseless avatar of bounty hunting awesomosity is squinting down at me, calling me an idiot.

But would that contradict organisations, if there was only one person multiple times?

    Or something.

Loose is good (for organizations, men's trousers, and budgets, not other things; I can name at least five things that are better tight, including battle formations, mooring knots, safety nets, and corsets -- morals ought to stay balanced between the two).

So, what would the club be called? The Cad Bane EU Contradiction Club has some nice alliteration going for it, but lacks a certain pizazz.

Let's draft a declaration of independence or a manifesto or something. The more nonsensical, the better.

    Manifesto's cooler sounding.

    You, sir, are a genius.

You have suddenly made me think about the Adi Gallia being a title... which consequently has made me think about the Tholothian hat symbiots.

Is Cad Bane's hat a symbiont like the Tholothian hat? Is that why he wears the breathing tubes... to fully integrate his mind with his hat's mind? And does that mean any Duros with a hat has become Cad Bane?

I move that the above post be considered the manifesto of the Banite Contradictory Movement.

It asks questions without offering answers, shows a brave disregard for common sense, and ties other Lit fringe theories together. It is, alas, largely grammatically correct, but that can be corrected in later drafts.

Nay, forsooth, more unnecessary words and archaic grammar needs must be used. Also, it's too short.

I don't see why, but let me try:

Thou hast with great immediacy made me bethink that Adi Gallia is a title borne by that ancient race of hats, which, in turn, caus'd me to recall to mind the ancient race that dwelt in Tholoth.

Couldst Cad Bane's hat be of a race of beings like unto a hat of Tholoth? Perchance the tubes that carry forth his breath do serve a twofold purpose: to fully bind to his own mind that of his hat? What doth that signify? Couldst we infer its meaning to be that one of the Durian race may make himself unto Cad Bane by the mere action of putting a hat upon his head?

Now what did that accomplish, apart from making me sound like the Book of Mormon (or Lovecraft, with the "ancient race that dwelt in Tholoth" crap)?

Better.....could be more redundant, though, and lose the punctuation. And we need two more pages of meaningless mumbo-jumbo, at least. And the findings of the thread thus far. And the actual questment of secession.

The chief findings of the thread appear to be:

    1.) Cad Bane is Duros.

    2.) Common sense is invalid.

    3.) Waru might be involved.

As for the mumbo-jumbo, I think we have enough already. We could do a selection from previous posts. A bouquet of nonsense, if you will.

Therefore, we the posters in this thread, do hereby declare that.... blahblahblahblahblahblah.

Probably not grammatically correct, but...that's the point, after all.

    I hereby declare a challenge:

This thread must still be active the day Episode VII is released.

It's the only way to preserve our heritage.

    Our stupid, stupid heritage.

50 parsecs says we can keep it alive.

Also, here's another questment for this thread to consider: Cad Bane how many parsecs is he worth.
