A long way to go, but here's my vintage collection so far. All my other stuff is packed way until I move and I must say it sucks.

Usually I don't mind dusting it - when I get around to it, it usually means that I'm adding something new to the shelf or I've figured out a new way to display everything :)

I'm trying not to overstuff my shelves. Partially because if they get too busy you can't see much on them, but also I've got a puppy who's obsessed w/ plastic, so unless they're under glass, my 3 3/4" figures are going into storage for now.

Hey guys - so other than needing to pull some stuff out of storage to make a few of my surrounding shelves more interesting, most of my stuff that I can display is out on display! I need to now work on getting my posters up and I need one more Billy. But beyond that my office/shrine is nearly all unpacked!

    A few samples ahead...

I wish I had that much room to display figures. Unfortunately most of my room is taken up by books.

Haha - I have books in the closet so I can display stuff on the bookcases :p

I need to get around to taking pics of my collection. I keep my action figures in a box, so they're not displayed, and the bulk of my collection are books. It's quite sparse compared to the collections posted.

Yeah but you're also pretty new to collecting - I've been collecting since day one with 36 years behind me of hunting and gathering of goodies. It's not the quantity of the collection, it's the passion that goes into putting it together. Small, focused collections can be every bit as cool as large ones :)

Here's some photos, then. They're not much, just what I currently have on display. Most of my figures are stored away in boxes, and I usually don't hang up any of my art, because the longer I look at it, the more mistakes I see, and the more I hate the image. I'm still getting the rest of my items out of storage, and am looking for more shelves.

I like having the figures behind glass. I may need to do that. My collection is packed up as I will be moving soon. I really need to find a new way to display them. There are some great ideas here though.

Detolf's from IKEA - at $69.99 each they're a bargain and they're extremely durable. I've moved them twice and never got a scratch on either of the 2 that I have. My dogs constantly bash into them when they're wrestling around in my office and they don't budge. They look great all lined up together.

Nice collection! I'm jealous of the Death Star playset - that's ranked high on my list of items I want to pick up. I wanted it and an AT-AT desperately when I was a kid. He's in rough shape but it looks like you have the much coveted small head Han Solo (unless he came from the Kenner/Hasbro anniversary set.) If he's all original congrats, they're really hard to get!
