Lit Help? ive missed a book?

Hey peeps

Ive just got on the novel bandwagon and have started from the Thrawn trilogy and am moving into the Jedi Academy trilogy but at the start of the Jedi search novel luke thinks back to the previous year where he was taken to the Resrrected emperors stronghold and learnt the darkside.

Can some one point me in the direction of the missing book(s)

I read the Thrawn trilogy and then JAT right when they came out years ago. I was confused as well. I was hoping the subject was in novel form. i was dissapointed that it was a comic series..

I thought I'd missed a novel as well when I first read JAT. I didn't have the internet back then either so I scoured for ages in book stores trying to find the missing works.

 

They really should make Dark Empire into book format.

That is actually on my wishlist.

 

No need, though if it has to happen Stover is the only one who could make it less insane. There is a Radio Drama version out there that is pretty good though.

 

There's also a fanmade novelization that is supposed to be decent.

 

I'm reading it now. It's a bit uneven in places, but there are some fantastic things about it. My biggest qualm so far is that Luke is oddly characterized, and of the use of the title "Mr. Solo".

It incorporates the EU very well, though. Gallandro is mentioned! That's all anyone should need.

Stover would make it more insane. And it would be glorious.

 

yeah you can't lose with stover. all i suppose now the emperor was never reborn, and DE is non-canon in the disney age
