Does the Force naturally manifests itself in some clones like i assumed happened to Glitch in the recent Defenders of the Lost Temple ?

Or can they actually clone one that's why we have the House of Dorsk always ending up using the Force?

They don't want Force sensitives, so clones that demonstrate the trait are viewed as defective. In the TFU2 novelization, the guy says they deliberately try to eliminate it as a trait because it causes all sorts of problems for clones, which I think the EU has aptly demonstrated. So it manifests naturally on occasion, and I suppose the Dorsk line just happens to be predisposed toward it?

The Force sometimes seems to find a way, though granted Dorsk did seem to suffer from slight clone madness (but then most Anderson creations do)

Had they changed their mind after the death of Dorsk 81?

Well we already know that force sensitivity is largely genetic (coding for high midichlorian counts or something?), so by definition clones of force sensitives will generally be just as force sensitive

    Why?

Not every child with Jedi parents can use the Force.

If you really want to go the biological route, midichlorians are an organelle. Possibly they have their own coding DNA or RNA, in the same fashion as mitochondria or ribosomes. Traditionally, that would mean that all the inheritance comes from the mother, because those components are included in the egg, not sperm.

However, this does not square with what we see - in which the most important Force sensitive pedigree in the galaxy is derived from the father in the SkySolo line. Perhaps the midichlorians end up in sperm too (that's illogical, but it is a fantasy).

With regards to cloning, the evidence is extremely contradictory. Originally the evidence was strongly against it, but it has lapsed significantly due to TUFII, Riptide/Crosscurrent, and other material. The inheritance issue has also become strongly supported, most notably due to the Lost Tribe of the Sith systematically breeding an unheard of number of Force sensitives in a small base population.

Both of these considerations are annoying, because flooding the galaxy with Force sensitives is a bad idea, but we seem to be stuck there.

All those support the notion that while you can clone a Force-sensitive, there's a high risk of them being mentally unstable.

Yeah, but if you clone a million Force sensitives that have a 99.9% chance of being mentally unstable...you've still got 1,000 stable Force sensitives left over after you flush the rest. Clone ten million and you've got yourself a made to order Jedi Order.

 What about C'baoth and the Dorsks? Don't they constitute evidence that is strongly for it?

Well the Force naturally manifested in Dorsk 81, or unnaturally as the case may be. It was an accident. It had never been seen in a close of his line before him, but it still appeared. After that, it kept appearing. I always assumed it was similar to Anakin Skywalker being Force Sensitive and then all of his descendants also being Force Sensitive. Cloning Force Sensitives in general is just very contradictory nowadays, but the Dorsk line is the only one I can think of that a Force Sensitive is cloned and then shows no genetic defects or types of madness later on, such as with C'boath and all of Galen Marek's clones.

You're referring to genetic inheritence of midichlorians themselves, I was referring to the generic inheritance of force sensitivity in general which appears to be a function of midichlorian count, which would be encoded in somatic DNA inherited from both parents. Which fits what we see in the Star Wars universe where force sensitivity more often than not follows a genetic line.

Children of the Jedi does acknowledge the possibility that a child of two Jedi might turn out to be very weak in the Force compared to their siblings- or that the child of two normal people may be strongly Force-Sensitive- Callista notes that both of these are dangerous situations.

There is also Tigris, from the Crystal Star, who was the son of two Dark side adepts, Hethrir and Rillao, but was born without a strong connection to the Force

Rillao as far as I can tell was never tempted by the Dark Side- which was what caused Vader and Hethrir to label her as a failure.

True but to my understanding she was trained as a Dark side adept

Any skilled cloner can make a stable force sensitive person. It just takes trial and error, patience, and hard work. Not using memory flashes helps to lessen mental instabilities too.The Dorsks were blessed with force sensitivity, so none of them ever had clone madness. Khomm being a world full of clones, they know how to avoid that.

How come nobody mentions the most obvious one, who was an actual protagonist?

So why didn't Palps just take over and made them make obedient force users for him?

Obviously there are exceptions, which has no bearing on the trend whatsoever

Actually it would make sense of most children born from Force sensitives would not be Force users.
