The annual Summer Picnic is here and it is time to RSVP!! Bring your family and a dish to share. (share the dish, not your family )

When commenting on your RSVP, please consider the following: (PLEASE READ)

• We will provide the venue, plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, 2 grills/propane, and a pool for your enjoyment!! We have several tables and seating for approx 35.
• We also have horseshoes, ladder ball, kan-jam.
• ANNA & AJ will arrange for a BOUNCE HOUSE!! Please contribute if you can.
• When you RSVP, please note how many will be coming, and what you are bringing to share. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC (in other words, name the side dish, just do not list "side dish"). This will help others determine what will be present.
• Be sure food is picnic friendly (careful with mayo) , fridge space is limited.
• Ideas for food/beverages to share:
  • Hot Dogs/Hamburgers/Sausages/ETC -several people should go in to reduce cost
  • Corresponding rolls
  • Veggies/Fruit
  • Side dishes - make a normal sized dish, not enough to feed 40. Please provide serving utensils.
  • Cooler(s) with ice
  • Extra ice
  • Bottles of water
  • Adult beverages
  • Children Beverages
  • Desserts- again, please be specific- we wouldn't want to end up with 5 trays of brownies.. or would we??
• Feel free to bring your own chairs. We have many, but not quite enough.

• ABOUT THE POOL:
  • Drowning is a leading cause of unintentional injury death worldwide, and the highest rates are among children ARTICLE​
  • NEVER ASSUME SOMEONE IS WATCHING YOUR CHILD.
  • If your children will be using the pool, we EXPECT you to be in the pool enclosure AND monitor your children, regardless of their swimming ability. There will NOT BE A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children swimming unattended will be asked to leave the pool for their safety and the safety of others. NO EXCEPTIONS. Supervision was an issue last year and will be a determining factor in the future use of our pool.
  • There is plenty of seating and shade in the pool area.
  • Dressing rooms are provided, please bring your own towels & sunscreen

This is always a fun event, we hope you can make it!!!

Larry and Janice will bring chocolate-covered oreos , hot dog rolls and drinks. Can bring small coolers with ice.

FYI...I will be slow-cooking the ribs first thing in the AM at home!

I should find out my August schedule tomorrow, but I am hoping to be able to make it, and bring the wife. I'll post a real RSVP as soon as I know for sure.

I will be there salmon patties and a veggie side dish. And a drink to pass ( non- alcoholic) LOL

 

Sounds like fun!!! Mike, Kelly and daughters Samantha and Jessica will be there. We will bring Italian sausage, rolls and beer.

 

I'll miss seeing all of y'all...And judging from last year's responses...you'll miss my wife's cooking! LOL Have a great time guys n' gals

 

Okay, finally got my day off from work confirmed. I can bring 4 chairs, two larger coolers w/ice, and a variety of cookies.

 

Looking forward to it! We will bring a variety of chips, sodas, and some wine.

 

Myself, Chris and kids will be there... I think we will bring corn on the cob with chili lime butter. Oh and of course adult beverages.

 

I will be there and will bring a few chairs along with a nice fruit platter adult and kiddy version and maybe some taco or chicken wing dip along with some cash to support bounce house funding

 

The Myhalenko Clan (5) will be there.
We can bring apple pie and whip cream for starters.

 

I won't know my status until the date gets closer
