Buff, NY Bisons Pirate Night - Saturday August 24th

Now that SW has transpired and achieved dominance, we can now turn to
The 2nd BISONS PIRATE NIGHT.
We starting a new current thread.
First, post your interest to participate.
Remember, we have plenty of costume components if you don't want to invest.
Call to schedule a time to come over and try things on.
As before, all proceeds are going to COMPASS HOUSE of WNY.
1st come 1st serve on the everything (weapons, clothes, whatever)
We'll be meeting with Anthony very soon to plot strategy and work out a plot.
Suggestions welcome.

We will be meeting with Anthony on Wednesday afternoon (7/31) to discuss plot, particulars, and etc.

Good meeting with Anthony. Many of the activities we did last year will be done again, and maybe a few added. They would like to try and do a storyline, similar in format to SW night, and possibly a duel on field afterwards. We are reaching out to local and regional pirate groups for support, sharing the fun, and letting the experts do the dangerous stuff as needed.
There is a script for 5 episodes of QUEST FOR THE BISON'S TREASURE. Available filming dates when the Bisons are not playing and/or away are August 11th, and 17th-21st.
Please post IMMEDIATELY if you want to try this, when you're available to film, etc.

VERY FAST REPLIES NEEDED:
Early filming for Sunday Aug 11 not possible.
The next best date for filming for the club members (and giving the Bison's time to edit the footage) would be
SUNDAY the 18th, the day after the picnic.
Is this a better date for more people to participate, and if so at what time?

I am not available Aug 11th or 18th (Marty's moving day). Aug. 17 is the NR picnic. Would you be filming earlier that day?

 

Oh, and do we have Compass House as the charity for the night?
