Just watched The Lone Ranger, it was pretty good. It got better towards the end and the last action scene was crazy. There was a bit of humour throughout the whole film, which I expected because most films with Johnny Depp in are funny. I'd give it a 7/10.

I usually only go see a few movies a year, but since moving out to Idaho Falls (where there is jack diddly to do) I've been going more frequently. The most recent films I've seen are Iron Man 3, Star Trek: Into Darkness, and Man of Steel.

I liked Into Darkness the best. Iron Man 3 was better than I thought it would be (I was unimpressed with Avengers and Iron Man 2). Man of Steel was decent, but by no means perfect. I had the highest hopes for it, so I left a little disappointed. But overall I liked all three films.

Every other film that I might even consider seeing seems to always get terrible reviews.

I just watched The Avengers last night and really enjoyed it. Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury was ****ing awesome, and Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff was even better, as in "Can I be her when I grow up?" The plot dragged in a few places and Pepper Potts got on my last nerve, but overall it was a great movie.

I haven't seen either of the Abrams Star Trek films yet, not sure when I will. I'm hoping to catch Man of Steel this week assuming it's still in theaters.

The Avengers is my all time favourite film :D All of the actors were great, it was full of action the whole way through and it was really funny. I liked Captain America and Hawkeye the best.

I can't wait for the second one to come out! Apparently there will be a few new Avengers in it, which would be awesome.

It should be in theatres still. Natasha was awesome, agreed, but overall I didn't enjoy The Avengers as much

He had a bleeding scratch on his scalp, and when I checked the wound, there was red glitter right on the skin around the scratch :/ . Now I have been doing stuff with glitter two days ago, but I didn't use red glitter for what I did, so I probably wasn't responsible for sonny's scalp-glitter. I accused him of secretly going out at night wearing a red glitter hat, which made him mad ^^.

    Yeah, perhaps he's were-Ke$ha.

I can't think of anything worse than a were-Ke$ha. Maybe the glitter was blood-stained? [face_sick]

Avengers was very disappointing, it was not horrible but it was far from great like everyone thought it would be. Hopefully Avengers 2 and 3 will be better.

Well, nothing new since it came out in like 2010 but I saw Voyage of the Dawn Treader tonight for the first time. I had skipped it because I was disappointed by the adaption of Prince Caspian. Dawn Treader was actually a fun movie and I liked it much better although its not as good as the job they did with Lion, The Witch, and The Wadrobe, and yeah that's Narnia. 8/10.

Really, Jordan1Kenobi, you like all 23 Bond films? Even Die Another Day?

Though I notice you also have Indy 4, so maybe you just included every movie from your favorite franchises, despite quality of individual films.

Interesting, actually, that the majority of those are franchise/series films.

I like all the Bond films, Die Another Day is actually one of my favourites. It's hard to compare older Bond films to the newer ones though, because even though Sean Connery was a great Bond, his films are my least favourite because of how old they are. And Indiana Jones 4 is in my top 10.

I loved the first one, it was a great art of cinema - the humor and drama mix was done very, very well. The second one was okay, I really hated the whole heart scene and the supremely stereoptypical Indian surroundings (plus the woman's high-pitched screamign got on my nerves). the third one was fun, and the fourth one was, well, the fourth one.

For Bond, I've seen them all so far and honestly only like about half of them.
