Just wanted to test something here...I have seen people use "spoiler" tags where it hides your "spoiler" and you have to click to see the text in question ...but I don't see where they are in the box of markups above where you write your post...can Adalia-Durron or someone else tell me how to do this? Thanks!

 

Ok...I'll bite..what in the heck is the "throw dice" option for?

And what about the "more options" where you're supposed to "choose from a list"...???

 

Sorry for the multiple posts (though I'm guessing it's ok in this practice thread?...). Just remembered one other thing I wanted to see if I know how to do:

How do you make it so a regular phrase of text is hyperlinked rather than just pasting in the URL?

For example, if I wanted to hyperlink the phrase "this video" so that it goes to the following YouTube video when clicked: (meaning that the whole video wouldn't appear in the post itself but would just be available via clicking on the hyperlinked phrase "this video". And I'm assuming one can do this with videos, images, or web pages of text?)

Hmmm... strange. When I try to edit, the window pops up and the text of the message in the window is there for just a flash, then disappears. ??? Any idea why? If I then go to more options I can edit a post from that window... but not the first? Any help out there? Maybe that is normal? I just don't see the purpose of the first window then.
