    I've always been happy that Tony Dungy did not win his SB with them. He is a great legend and man, and Malcolm Glazer is a hairy turd.

    Cribbs being cut by the Raiders really bummed me out. He was such a huge part of the Browns and a huge part of me falling head-over-heels in love with the team...and just knowing that this is probably it for his career...yeah.

    Well done, big man. Nice to see great interior linemen not named Haynesworth getting equitable contracts.

    And the Jets signed Brady Quinn. I do think he's the best QB on the roster.

    Anyone who's got a DVR and NFLN- set it for midnight, tonight's episode of "A Football Life" was on LaDanian Tomlinson, and it was superb.

    Without a doubt. The part when Coughlin is talking about being on the phone with his son (who worked in the WTC) on 9/11 and telling him to run, to get out of there- unforgettable stuff.

    Now I just want one on Vermeil, who is and always will be my favorite coach. Although I do like Spurrier.

    I'd watch a Vermeil one over some of the ones they have scheduled this season. No way has Darelle Revis have had enough of a career to have "A Football Life" episode. He maybe a very good football player, but no, not anywhere near the level of some of the others that have been profiled (and yes, I realize Tebow's been profiled. Exception that proves the rule).

    They are doing a two - part Lombardi one on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. That one should be good.
