hlc88 Took them long enough. Thanks for the heads up!

Ooh, the Seasons 1-5 set is only £60 on Blu-Ray! That's pretty damn good.

    Now this is interesting...

Could they have put Revival back into its original airing slot on the blu-ray release of Season 5, so its just before Eminence?

Spotted this on Amazon.co.uk under the product description for the extra content, note where Revival, is placed. Could this be a hint that Revival's placing in the season release is where it is supposed to be? It also looks like the break between discs will be in the middle of the droid arc.

Cool! That pretty much confirms it, I'd say.

Also, I like that break. I found the last two D-Squad episodes to be the best, so now disc 2 is pretty much an awesome collection of episodes from start to finish.

That is true. Missing in Action and Point of No Return are certainly the better episodes of that arc. I think my Disc 2 is probably gonna be watched quite a lot :p

I have a general TCW blu ray question that may come up again on the Season 5 set: You know how on the main menus, there are various options, right? Well, usually the final one is a small "x," which one is able to highlight, but I've never figured out how to activate it (I've tried like, left, right, left, up, down and 1138, etc., but nothing ever happens).

What's the deal with that little x? [face_dunno]

They used the same menu for both the home screen and popup menu. The X is just the close button for the popup menu

Ahh, geez, don't tell me that! I was hoping that you'd say there is a secret treasure trove of goodies I hadn't yet figured out how to access. :_|

Oh, well... (seriously, though, thanks for your reply)

I wish there were extra goodies hidden in there. :( I inspected all the individual files from the disks on my computer, there's no hidden eastereggs, unfortunately.

I thought the easter eggs were in the temple archives when you select the little logo on the upper left corner.

Aren't those advertised on the packaging? I'm not sure that those are really true 'Easter eggs.'

Wonder if the commentary will be the same as the commentary on the website.

I've been wondering. With the complete series set coming out, will they be fixing slight issues that have been noticed with previous seasons? For example, in season 1's "Cloak of Darkness" where the aspect ratio changes for a few seconds during the Ventress vs Luminara and Ahsoka battle?

That seems to have already been fixed, it's not on my set. The captions do call clones storm troopers on occasion though and there are some minor animation glitches here and there, but I doubt they'll ever go back and fix them.

Awesome! Video commentary for every episode! I love it!

BTW I've gotten all of my TCW seasons for $35 US at Walmart. I'm seeing some really odd, high prices in this thread?

EDIT: Never mind, didn't register in my mind at first that you guys were talking about Seasons 1-5 BOXSET. My bad!

$104 for a five season set is a pretty good deal assuming you don't already own any of the seasons.

This is what I'm wondering as well since the commentary on every episode already exists. There are episodes like MIA for example I'd like more commentary on.
