What exactly happened to Danny anyway? I'm not really sure what happened with the Ruins either, even though I read a few posts.

Well, when they reached the giant crystal room, the overall dark side effect messed with everyone to some level or another. The problem with Danny specifically was that, as part of his backstory (ripped directly from Stargate the Movie ) the Rakata ruled Abydos. Specifically 'Ra'.

This is important, as the Temple of the Savior (the pyramid from Stargate) has carvings of 'Ra'. Or rather, carvings of Rakata. Since by this point, 'Ra' is a bit of a bogeyman, and something that all Abydonians loathe and despise for enslaving their people, seeing several copies of him come into the room, coupled with the dark side crystal...broke Danny. He's trying to avoid staying on Saridona to recover from that.

And poor Danny! I'm glad Alisha stayed out of all that...sort of. How will he recover?

BultarSwan: It's a terrible truth. I'm stuck in a bubble myself, not just Alisha. I'm still working out the hundred events.

 

Well, its the Abridged Version of Danny's part anyway.


He'll recover, but he probably won't be comfortable on the planet anymore. With good reason I would say.

 

Paddy, you could always ask CPL for his version, as he is the GM. I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

Just tag him and he'll come. He's ill and drl is busy for him.

 

You never mentioned that in our PM that he was sick! I don't want to bother him if he's got so much going on..l

Also: Started the post, and decided to send Lenea to the library. Any preference on if she arrives before or after Alisha has?

Hmm...Medbay is probably closer to library than hangar...so I could probably assume that Lenea would take longer to get there, though it depends on who heads that way first...hmm...

Light years are parsecs, steel is durasteel, there are holograms! Plus I'm still in my little time bubble.

 

This I know, but CPL said to take into account travel time through the temple when making a post...I'm just holding to that

 

You could also always seek out the other Grand Master as you don't know what's been going on and your character could generally assume that she would know what's what.

 

Depending on which hanger bay Lenea puts down in, Taab and Ian are still in bay 8.
