You are probably pointing your DVR at the wrong channel. ABC is in HD. Heck when I didn't have cable I got ABC in HD on my antennae.

I didn't... watched Brooklyn Nine Nine & The Goldbergs. Each were hilarious, in particular The Goldbergs. I don't care about Marvel enough to watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..

 

It wasn't terrible but I think people had very high hopes that it would be 'The Avengers but on TV' which of course it can't be.

Seems they spent a fair bit on the effects etc, the characters weren't all that likeable - maybe the hacker chick was the most endearing of the lot.

It's waaaay too early to call it, you need to let a series breathe a bit. After 6 episodes you should have a good idea if it's any good.

 

Watching S.H.I.E.L.D. for the second time right now. I loved it.

 

I never watched The Shield... however, my brother did. He loved that show.

Yeah I started a sleeve today. I'll post some pics of it later. I got a wicked headache right now.

I so wish I had the cash to get my sleeve finished. I was relying on my bonus next year for it, but we've been informed the company's not doing as well as usual and we won't be getting one

 

Well that was a rather fun and intense birthday party. Came back home around 8 AM and woke up at 4 PM to news that tonight we'll be having guests over along with some goddamn awesome barbecue.
It is a good day.

 

Well that sucks, especially the "not getting a bonus" part.

I don't have any tattoos, but it's not so much because of an aversion to tattoos as it is just knowing that I'd have a really hard time picking an image I would stay happy with.

 

I'm never getting a tattoo. The idea of injecting ink into my skin makes my stomach churn, I don't think I could stand the pain, and I don't like needles anyway. Donating blood is different because that helps someone else.
