Seriously though, Steven Ogg knocks it out of the park as Trevor. So glad they did mocap and based each character on their actor, visually.

 

Yeah, I was a bit harsh with Trevor a few post back. But somehow, that sociopathic lunatic has grown on me. He is definitely a hoot. The hipster conversation with Michael was a laugh riot.

And the Paleto Bay heist...holy ****! Absolute craziness. As a side note, I again took Packie as part of the crew and prior to getting there the crew was discussing their first scores. Packie mentioned (once again) the bank heist from Three Leaf Clover and threw Niko's name there. But it seems that he lost touch with him because as far as he knew, he was probably dead too and he was the only survivor of that heist.

 

If you're connected to the net while you're playing GTAV, I recommend playing the online stocks (BAWSAQ) because they're influenced by everyone's actions. There are communities of players doing mass investments and sales to game the system. It's fantastic, make massive returns on your GTA money!

 

Just switched to Trevor and found him riding a moped on the freeway with two other guys on Mopeds. Trevor kept yelling "We are scooter brothers! Woooo!"
I love this game.

 

I just recently found him on the beach in his underwear drunk and surrounded by dead bodies.

So are there stocks on the LCN that are influenceable outside of missions?

 

Yeah, I believe so.

 

Supposedly so. Say for example you buy a bunch of Cluckin' Bell stock on the cheap. Then every time you see one or more trucks from its competitors, you destroy them or whatever. Supposedly these actions will reflect as losses for the competitors, rising the value of the stocks in your portfolio. Truth be told, I've not tested this yet, but I'm going to once I get the story missions out of the way.

 

Pay attention to the news on the stocks pages - they're generally good for hints, as are the news updates on the radio. Buy low, sell high, and remember that in the video game world of GTA V, insider trading is not illegal, and stocks almost always bounce back.

 

Franklin's assassination missions are your best bet for making money on the stock market. Each one will devalue one stock and cause another to skyrocket. You need to do the first one to progress the story but if you hold off on the other ones until after you've finished the final heist (where each character gets a BIG chunk of change to play with) you can make monster bucks by going all in on the rising stocks.

 

I genuinely wish I'd considered that, but the assassination missions were too fun!

As it stands, you can always make money, it's just a bit more involved if you don't use the assassination missions.
