ST Pre-Production Rumors (Set Building, Etc...)

Figured we should have a catch-all thread for all of the new pre-prodution rumors since sets will start being built shortly in Pinewood.

The latest rumors seem to suggest Latino Review's statement about the Falcon already being built (WITH Pictures!!) may be false.

I've heard Feb as start of filming too, so that would chime.

 

I heard Janurary. Plus can we really believe any thing that comes from Jedi News sources. They haven't got one thing right. Much like LR.

P.S. Yes,it sounds like I'm trashing Jedi News. Well,that is because I am. Much like Latino Review not one of thier so called sourced rumors has happen.

If they're working on Bond stages does that mean Daniel Craig has permission to walk in mid-shoot and start making a Bond movie and they just have to roll with it? Cuz that could make for an interesting Episode 7 / new James Bond movie!

 

"Episode 7 to start shooting when Cinderella wraps" kinda sounds like one of those weird phrases that are meant to signify "never."

"Hey Charlie, when are you gonna pay me back the 20 bucks?"
"Yeah, well, when Cinderella wraps, kiddo."
"Ah come on, Charlie..."

 

So...is this thread going to be like the Announcements thread where there's nothing to actually report and/or discuss? Sounds fun.

 

WithStar Wars: Episode VIIbeing announced as a Summer 2015 release andThe Avengers: Age of Ultronbeing announced as a May 2015 release, it looks like these two films are on similar production timelines.

Summer 2015. Does that mean they are going to drop the traditional May release date and it will be in June/July/August?

 

And so with this, we've a date to keep stored away in the ol' noggin.

Anyone live near Pinewood who might be willing to bear the chill wind in the air, just to see what you can see?

 

Do we know that Cinderella isn't code for Star Wars?

 

Because it isn't. I may be heading into do some work in Pinewood over the next few weeks. Will keep my eyes and ears open.

No, the Falcon finally broke down. Han replaced it with the Aluminum Falcon.
