One of my all-time favorite Dracula titles is Taste the Blood of Dracula

The plot for the movie -- wherein Drac's bloody dust remains are mixed with blood, resurrecting Drac -- could be used for the ST.

Episode 7: Taste the Ash of Plagueis

Here is a revised plot synopsis from the Wiki Drac:

A pirate named Wel El'r is travelling through the Korriban wastelands (home to many potentially lucrative artifacts) when he is thrown from his speeder during a struggle with a rival and knocked unconscious. After coming to he discovers it is night time. After wandering some way, he hears a deathly scream. Terrified, Wel El'r runs and falls into a glassy slope. Looking up, Weller finds a ring, a cloak and an urn with dried ash on it. Dusting away the ash, Wel El'r is petrified by the name on the urn: Plagueis.
Plot

Three Coruscant gentlemen - Har'good Tel, Paxton Flo, and Dast Secker - have formed a circle ostensibly devoted to charitable work but in reality they indulge themselves in Twi-lek brothels. One night they are intrigued by a young man who bursts into the brothel and is immediately tended to after snapping his fingers, despite the brothelkeeper's objections. The gentlemen are informed that he is Courtley, who was disinherited for celebrating a Sith Mass.


Hoping for more intense pleasures, Har'good Tel meets Courtley outside the brothel. The younger man takes the three to the Cafe Empire and promises them experiences they will never forget but insists that they go to see the gangster Wel El'r and purchase from him Plagueis' urn, cloak and ash. Having done so, the three meet with Courtley at an abandoned Sith Temple for a ceremony during which he puts the ash into goblets and mixes it with drops of his own blood, telling the men to drink. They refuse, so he drinks the blood himself, screams and falls to the ground. As he grabs their legs, they kick and beat him, not stopping until Courtley dies, at which they flee. While the three return to their respective homes and return to their lives, Courtley's body, left in the abandoned church, transforms into Plagueis, who vows that those who have destroyed the Sith will be destroyed.

Personally, I think Palpatine Has Risen from the Grave has a better ring to it, but I guess Plagueis is all the rage these days.

Haha I meant passing as in transferring it to a new generation.

 

It could also be construed as a fart joke.
