Cool. A boss I used to have told me a story of when she was in college and she and her roommate had just bought a sweet little rabbit. So, they set it up and then left for class. When they got back the rabbit had escaped and trashed the place, chewed all their papers and pooped everywhere. Guess what they had for dinner? Rabbit stew.

Actually, I've never had rabbit, but would be willing to try it. I have had squirrel though, it was yummy.

I've had venison. Very good.

 

Deer, bear, buffalo, antelope among others.

 

I want to try bear some time. That would be so cool.
