Very well. I did comment on the last task, and it was a great answer. This is only the second task though.

    It's up...which reminds me:

Ananta Chetan can you please post your first task's answer in the new thread on the offsite?

    Master-

    It is done.

Shall I post the initiation task in there as well... or is it unnecessary?

Nah, you don't need to post the initiation task. The Training Log is just for the Padawan tasks.

Hey, I'm on vacation, so I won't be around much for the next couple weeks. If I get a chance to get a post up, I will.

    Greetings Master Skywalker-

    Selection of a Saber
    (ramblings of a padawan learner)

From a novice’s perspective, it can appear ironic that one of the means a Jedi utilizes to restore wholeness to the Force and maintain its harmonic unity, literally has the capacity to divide. The lightsaber, as we are told, is intended, when wielded by a noble Force-user, to be a civilized means of bringing balance to all beings involved in a threatening situation.

But even then, as several great Masters have pointed out through the ages, it should be called upon as a Jedi’s last option, and used only when all other alternatives for a peaceful resolution to a conflict have failed.

Also, as a young aspirant, to aid in avoiding the temptation of potentially misusing and allowing the lightsaber to be seen as some status symbol of moral superiority to others or as an exclusive exotic weapon clipped to one’s belt, I would prefer the simplest and most practical of the single hilt blade types.

That being said, if you, Master, perceived that based upon my temperament and abilities (or lack thereof) that another variant would be more suitable, I would readily accept your suggestion.*

Unless, of course, you were to give me a wooden stick and a can of fluorescent yellow paint to make my own, then I may have to “respectfully disagree" :p

    Good question.......lol....

....I'm so tired....I should not have taken that promotion of support management. But at least I get to have some measure of control over the morons at work.......Still, its like being the assistant and department manager's personal attack dog at wally world. People are starting to hate me. lol XD

But I'm happy!!!! My little sister is in college! I'm so proud of her! She better finish though, or I'll go back to texas and give her what for. :p

Good to see you as well grand master. :p

Now that I can afford internet now(wait, that sounds funny and sad at the same time), I guess I'll start dusting off this old computer of mine again.

Ugh, gotta get ready for work. I feel like a vampire. XD
