Cuccinelli changing the rules for how votes are counted in the middle of vote-counting in a very close election takes the cake, though.

There's like a hundred-vote difference between the two candidates to be Cuccinelli's successor as Virginia's AG. 3000 votes in Fairfax County were mysteriously found to not be included in the count. While people are counting them, Cuccinelli has changed the rules in Fairfax County that any voters who cast a provisional ballot must appear before the voter counters and argue why their vote should be counted, if they want it to be counted. It's sickening the joke he is making of democracy and the law in Virginia.

RIP Kathleen Kennedy, producer of Star Wars, ambassador to Japan, and sister to JFK. She died tragically in a plane accident in 1948 and then spent the next 60+ years serving the country as a zombie before finally succumbing to a headshot.
