ST What Ep7 News Are You Most Looking Forward To?

There used to be a thread like this that got locked, and I can't find another one in the thread list, so here it is.

I know a lot of people are most looking forward to an official cast announcement, but for me, it's got to be the Title. For a couple of reasons:

1)I'm very excited to see how it compares to the previous titles and whether or not it fits any "pattern" the others might have had, and if so, what one can try to extrapolate about the rest of the trilogy

2)What one can try to extrapolate about the plot or story from the title. What is it hinting at? Looking forward to a geyser of speculations spewing forth from the bit of news.

What about you?

 

I agree with this. It will tell us so much of the direction taken from the limitless possibilities to who/what the focus is.

News that Darth Sidious is NOT coming back.

 

My #1 choice is obvious -- the confirmed return of the Big Three!

Second to that is a title. I'm hoping they keep it to 3 words, so it matches the other trilogy openers. I'm thinking The New Republic could work, but that doesn't seem catchy enough to me.

 

the confirmation of the returning characters, as this will go a long way to confirming the direction of the plot and chronology

 

I want to know the name of the villain, particularly if it starts with "Darth".

 

the return of the Sith would be nonsensical on at least two levels. Bring back the Sith and Anakin's redemption in ROTJ means nothing, plus they'd have to go through alot of exposition on how the Sith order was restarted when there none (last two died in ROTJ).

 

The release date! Oh wait.

 

The plot.

 

-Confirmation that Ford, Fisher & Hamill are back.

-Pictures of any Skywalker/Solo Kids.

-Picture of any villains

-No specific details of plot points as I want to go in totally unspoiled like I did for Episode I.

 

The news I'm looking forward to most would be plot details. I'm also excited to hear about what charcters will be returning.

 

I would like to know who the next generation of Skywalkers/Solos will be. I am a fan of the post-RotJ Del-Ray books, and would just like to know for certain, either way, whether they will be the kids from the books or entirely new kids. We already know it will be an entirely new story, which doesn't mean it can't feature established characters, but the prevailing thought on the subject is that it will be entirely new characters. The sooner we know the answer to this subject, the sooner people can get over being butt-hurt about it, however they feel about it.

 

Who are the new gen of heroes and who are playing them.

Getting this part right may be more important than a good screenplay.

Charisma can go a long way.

 

How many threads do we have of this now?

 

I could find any that are open. That's why I started this.

I wouldn't call plot details news unless you go unspoiled until they're officially released. Since I'm sure I won't be able to do that I have to say the title.

 

No idea, I'm glad to hear anything about these movies.
Can't decide on one specific thing.

 

I think the naming of the cast would top my list.
