Morbid curiosity led me to search for and play this game. It's obvious that the game was not created as some thrill kill fantasy thing. It's dark satire intended to advocate for stricter gun control. The developer wasn't glorifying the shooter or making light of those who died at his hands. It's a piece of art with a strong and uncomfortable message. People are too quick to call him sick. Here's some info on the developer.

Jesus, dude. Sure, she's a worthless, self-centered jackass, but holy ****.

 

I can't really stress this enough, especially given the apparent context. This was a 20 year old doing something incredibly dangerous and irresponsible. Petty law-breaking and unreasonable risk-taking are pretty common in this age group, and so are these sorts of disastrous outcomes. That's exactly why we try to warn people away from it. She did something terrible, for which she will pay a significant price. But there's nothing here to suggest that she was at all especially monstrous. Let alone wishing for the sort of stuff you did (presumably in jest?) even if she had been. There are better ways of expressing outrage than torture fantasies.

I'm going to guess that Eeth was being sarcastic and mocking the usual mob cries for torture that is rampant on the internet.
