To answer your question I think the best asset to the Jedi is their mind. They have to be calm and have to have a level head. The mind helps Jedi do things that are extraordinary. The force can almost amplify the mind but the mind alone is a powerful tool. The mind is what makes a Jedi unique from each other. Some are calm and some aren't but it can help them either way. The mind help Jedi understand things and learn things. Some would say the lightsaber is the greatest asset for a Jedi but I believe the mind is far greater and far more powerful. The mind is always with you and it's what makes a Jedi a Jedi.

I just wanted to ask that when you become a knight do you have a specific class like a consular of sentinel or is that when you are a master?

 

That is when you become a knight. Once you are a knight you choose which class you would fit in most, with guidance by the grand masters or your own master or a combination if needed.
