    Skiara, I'm not a marathoner, and I don't think I knew anyone who ran it. I have a couple of friends who are candidates, but they're more obstacle course racers now.

    In this case, good that you're not a marathoner and none of your friends. I'm glad for everyone who don't have to suffer because of this... and that's sad in its own meaning. The whole thing... It's so... useless... just another thing to support fearing terror everywhere... [face_plain]

    Edit: No problem. Happens to me as well sometimes. :)

    Checked it... It's really the 4th, but I would say the 25th of May fits a lot better.

    Btw did anyone around loved a certain kind of story / tape / comics / etc. made for kids when being a kid? Did you ever check those voices on tapes or latest comics of your former 'hero' or the latest figure toy? It happened to me and I was a bit shocked how bad the figures look nowadays. If I didn't grow older and out of those kind of things, the "new, improved" version of them would have made me leaving them alone. :p

    So, what was your day like? What did you do at the weekend?

    Today was a bad day, because a strong cold came in visiting me including her friend name Mr Ache, Head. And I have no idea how to throw them out fast again. Suggestions?

    I always drink vitamine c with zinc. I've read somewhere that zinc can shorten your cold.

    I drunk a hugh glass of fresh and self made orange juice yesterday. It was delicious. That should have lots of vitamin C. Not sure about zinc. Guess none. Maybe that's what I need.

    No, I don't think there is any zinc in orange juice. I buy it as a vitamin supplement.

    My headache is getting better finally... yay!

    The article is interesting, but I'm not sure what I do prefer a normal time length of cold (including headache) or a shortened one with the high chance of nausea. :confused:

    I`d prefer the devil I know I think, I`d rather be choked with the cold or have a headache that`s easily dealt with than feel nauseous.
