It was a really fun experience, watching ANH again. The TV kicks ass, also. Great quality.

It also finally started snowing and it's snowing with such intensity that it'll compensate all the warm November days we've had up till yesterday hah. I expect it won't stop for a few days.

 

Awesome, ANH should really be the first movie viewed on any new TV.

No snow here, but we're getting some nice cold rain... uggh. Temps hovering no more than 10 degrees F above freezing while it rains. I hope we do get some snow later though, like maybe in January. We haven't had any real accumulation in the past two years, and my kids want to be able to play in it.

 

Exactly, we send you all of our weather when we're done with it... good or bad.

 

Well winter has finally arrived. It's snowy and cold and I'm using 4 wheel drive on my truck. Is it almost summer yet?

 

Booo cold weather, boooo.

 

I like winter most of the time. I love snow. But I do not like winter when I get nothing but freezing rain for nearly 24 hours straight.
Guess what it's doing now.

 

It feels like autumn over here. The leaves were swirling pleasantly outside this evening, and this made a fine soundtrack:

 

Looks like we will have a White Thanksgiving

 

Eww, it may rain on Friday.


Thanksgiving question I've got for you fellows: Does anyone actually stuff their turkey? My family never has in any of our Thanksgiving's.

I've never actually eaten stuffing, but if memory serves, my mom always made it but didn't put it inside the turkey.

 

Stuffing is my all time favorite Thanksgiving dish. I'm likely to eat way too much of it on Thursday.

I'm going on a trip to California for two weeks in march. I will start in San Francisco and plan to rent a car and make a road trip through Big Sur, staying in Monterrey and Sta Barbara overnight, then a few days in L.A. to finish in San Diego.

I've read Yosemite is quite cold and snowy in march and you have to chain up your car (which would be a rental), but it's really the only time of year I'll be able to make the trip. Should I forget about Yosemite in march?

I'm really open to ideas and suggestions!

IF you went to see this movie ,like I did with my kids, then everyone here should know
that pizza is on the menu for tomorrow not turkey .

 

Thanksgiving dinner... ahh good. Yes, stuffing is my favorite part. Really, the turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes, all with some gravy on them. Kind of a beautiful Thanksgiving trinity.

 

I love this time of year because it is the only time of year when "The Game" happens. Go Bucks!!!
