Stellar job! I have still never played the games, but whenever I read about them I always regret that I never did. As a fan of Star Wars alien species, I have always been told (as you point out in your article) that ME is the shining example of how aliens should be portrayed. Hopefully the Sequel Trilogy will take note of this fact!

I found it something of a drag as it just went utterly nowhere and Sekot was just such an incredible boring place, whilst I am one of like three people on this board who actually enjoyed The Approaching Storm, so yeah imho it really was not worthwhile.

4, I loved approaching storm, the two pairs of jedi having to prove themselves to the overclan was great. Anakin sings, Kenobi tells a story, barriss does a saber dance and luminara does a trick with the force and sand.

So we kind of exploded all over Reddit yesterday thanks to certain parties that know who they are, and I'm getting a big kick out of the Reddit user responses--especially how there's always one person who assumes that we "must not know very much about Star Wars".

But I just had to share my favoritest comment with you guys. I give you, the Sequel Trilogy according to "SNCommand".

My favourite thing about this time around as opposed to last time around is how mucb more deranged and crazy the Internet has become

And here I was thinking that's what the lightsabers, laser pistols, two suns, and starships were for.

Reddit is an absolute goldmine for such charming, well-thought out comments.

Sounds like someone needs to report to the Diversity thread for mandatory re-education!

It's been brewing for a long time, so I'm excited to finally be able to share our interview with John Ostrander with everybody. Thanks to Nick, once again, for arranging this one.

I didn't care for it. Maybe a reread is in order. That, and Plagueis, at some point.

I'm trying to think of positive attributes that FOTJ possesses. Abyss was probably Denning's best novel since 2003, maybe better than Tatooine Ghost but then Abyss is in FOTJ and TG is not. I guess that's it, really. The series strikes me as one lacking any sort of an identity that is completely unsure of what it is supposed to be about, and consequently cycles through various subplots without ultimately resolving, well, any of them. At least Legacy of the Force knew what it was about, even if it was about flushing Jacen Solo down the toilet in the most poorly conceived way imaginable, and flushing the prior big series with him.

Reading Apocalypse it felt like Denning figured out the plot that FOTJ should have had when he was writing the ending (finding the dagger). Whoops.
