Saga Most Underrated Star Wars Character

    Who do you think is the most underrated Star Wars character? I think Mas Amedda and Sly Moore, Palpatine's helpers who nobody talks about. I love how they help Palpatine throughout the movies and hope that they are the villains of episodes 7-9.

    Not sure if i'd like them as major villians. It would seem kind of degrading if the top notch villians for the new trilogy were just some muppets for the last one.

    Vader was just a muppet for Palpatine and Palpatine was just a muppet for Plagueis by that standard. We don't know that Amedda and Moore were just muppets for Palpatine.

    Palpatine (as I understand it) killed Plagueis and took his place as head man. Vader was a muppet for Palpatine. Mas Amedda and Sly...just muppets of Palpatine, gone by Ep VI. remember how he dismisses them in the Opera Scene?

    We don't know that they were gone by VI. They could have stayed on Coruscant. And Palpatine dismissed them because he prefers that nobody be present when he recruits apprentices.

    Admiral Ackbar is the most underrated Star Wars character of all time.

    He should be the focus of the ST as well as a whole new spin off series. It'd be like SW, but with more fish people. [face_laugh]

    Seriously, though, I flipping love Admiral Ackbar.

    I love the good admiral, but his regular human feet and shoes always bugged me. And the flappy Greedo gloves/hands.

    Vader eventually killed Palpatine and Palpatine was playing Plagueis and eventually killed him as well. I doubt they were much more than they've seemed so far.

    Wedge Antilles. The only person (I believe) to survive both assaults on the Death Star and the pilot who (along with Lando) basically shot the killing blow on the second Death Star.
    I think he's also the only one to destroy an ATAT with his snow speeder at the battle of Hoth.
    Totally an awesome character, but often times gets forgotten.
