The Imperial March. Seriously, when you hear that played with a full live orchestra at maximum volume, you can literally FEEL the iron-handed authority of the Empire in the music, and it's scale dwarfs you.

I actually don't like the orchestral version of the March too much-my favorite renditions would be Dawn Of The Empire and The Emperor Arrives.

Edit: Also Aboard The Executor, although that's not in the final film.

How about some non-movie Star Wars soundtrack for a change?
"Night Skies" from the Shadows of the Empire soundtrack.

The snippet from the Final Duel where Luke unleashes his full fury against Vader:

And the version of Binary Sunset from the RotS opening that has war drums over the battle scene:

!!!!! No matter how many times I watch this duel listen to the music it always gives me goosebumps, the culmination of everything that has happened in the saga comes to this. Williams finest piece surely

The imperial March, especially when you first hear it in ESB. You see entire fleets of Star Destroyers massing together and then the shadow of the Executor begins to slowly envelop them.
The part of Final Duel when Luke begins to push Vader back.
And Across the Stars, it's just so..sad and beautiful and lonely.

The music as the Ebon Hawk leaves Malachor. It sounds so melancholy, but at the end it picks up to a more joyous note and ends happily. Just like the game, sorta.

The really grand, flowery version of the Imperial March that forms the first part of The Emperor Arrives (0:20 - 0:40 in the linked video). Love that.

Also, the slow, heavy version of the March when the Falcon is being chased by TIEs and Star Destroyers in the Hoth System. The track is called "The Asteroid Field" but I can't find a clean linkable version on youtube right now.

Binary Sunset, aka the Force Theme. The quiet solo horn version of the melody, followed by the big full-orchestra kick-in. Always gets me right in the feels. The Force theme is far and away the most beautiful piece of SW music IMHO. It symbolizes hope. To me, it's like a musical representation of the idea of a flame or candle of hope. Look at how it's used in SW... You have these situations where all seems lost, and then you hear the Force theme, and you know, there is hope. There is always the Force.

The celebration song at the end of return of the jedi. Just makes me want to take a hit from a bong and pass it along and be at peace

Three tracks/portions of tracks come to mind.

I don't know all of the track names, but the music during these scenes:

-When Luke goes beserk on Vader in ROTJ
-When Vader is looking back and forth between Luke and Palpatine and then grabs Palpatine and throws him down the shaft
-When the Imperial march plays at the end of AOTC (I really have to be watching the movie for this to have the same effect, since the sound effects of the Acclamator engines firing up adds a little something to the effect that would be otherwise missing).

    The Battle of Heroes song
Most of the "Imperial" songs, I don't know what they are all called.
And that noise it makes when the Lucasfilm logo appears

Across the stars. It encompases what the PT is about in a mere 6 minute long piece of music. From the initial gentility, to the rough and chaotic middle section followed by the lonely harp being played at the end to signify the end.

Binary sunset has to be up there as well. Quite simply, everyone in life stands on that vergence of not knowing what the future holds and just looking out at your future wondering whether you will end up doing anything great.

This music was cut from the CD, but it always makes me wanna cry because of how tragic the whole scene is. I feel so bad for Padme by this point....she is so heartbroken.

Definitely "Han and the Princess."Empire Strikes Back, especially the carbonite scene, would not be the same without it.
