    Perhaps the seller got shot and is in a coma somewhere on life-support? Maybe you escalating will just make things worse for the grieving family?

    Anyway, what was the purchase? Maybe a link to the auction page would be helpful too.

    No... just escalate the case. Negative feedback will do nothing to get what you paid for... escalating will. If you really feel like after the whole thing is resolved, you still want to leave feedback, do it then.

    That's what I gave the guy who I won D-Rose Skull Candy headphones from on ebay. 75 dollars in the store, 25 dollars from him. Would have been great if he had EVER SENT THEM!!!

    I am a diehard Bulls fan lol so this one stunk. Oh well. At least I got my money back. Just haven't found a good deal since. [face_waiting]
