Games Scattegories V2 - Looking for New Host

Being on top of it, making the game fun, and updating on time works even better.

 

That reminds me, is Shelf of Shame coming back Harpua, or are you still busy with school work/people need more time away from it so it becomes fresher?

If anybody is still interested, let's try for another game.

The basic premise of the game is that players are given a list of twelve categories and a letter. Players then have to write down something in that category that starts with the chosen letter. Players get a point for each correct answer, but if they have the same thing as someone else, neither gets a point for that category.
Example:

The letter is P: The categories are Food and Actor

Player one:
Food: Pie
Actor: Peter Boyles

Player two:
Food: Pizza
Actor: Peter Boyles

Both players get a point for a different answer for food, but neither gets a point for having the same answer for actor.

A few simple rules:

• The answers have to be able to be easily looked up for the host: If I can't find it anywhere on the Internet, the player will lose a point
• Names can be first or last names so long as the first letter of one of them has the letter that the host selected. Titles or nicknames cannot count unless that they are their own category (Example: Prince Harry cannot be used for 'p')
• Players have 48 hours to PM their answers. I'll then post the answers and count up the points.
• Late lists will not count! Any lists that come in after the 48 hour period will not be allowed and the player will recieve no points at all for that round.
• All answers for all categories must be sent in one PM for the round. Partial lists will not count and you can't send in corrections after the lists are PM'd.
• Any answers posted in the thread will automatically disqualify the player from the round. No exceptions. Multiple repeat violations of this will result in the user being removed from the game entirely.

The game will lasts three rounds and the winner will recieve 24 hours of nice shiny colors!
