I have to say this makes me nervous, but only how 'Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull' turned out with OTT CGI, which ruined the spirit of what they originally set out to do, but I still enjoyed the soul of it.

BUT this is also exciting, as I love Harrison Ford and the Indiana Jones character and will always welcome him back on screen for another adventure, because we just don't get films like that anymore in my opinion!

Only if they admit Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was set in an alternate dimension, we can then pick off from TLC.

Welcomed with open arms as long as they rectify the bitter after-taste of KOTCS. Simply - No Ford - No Indy...

For me, that bitter after taste came after Temple of Doom. But ya, I am excited as long as they are done right.

More please. And yes, it must have Ford! But I personally also have no problem with Shia as permanent son/sidekick

As someone who didn't dislike KOTCS, I say bring on as many films as Ford, Lucas and Spielberg want to make.

Meh, without Spielberg and Lucas, I'm not so sure.

No Shia, plz. Otherwise, bring it on! I think the rumor that Ford doing a Han Solo-reprise with the agreement of more Indy films is very likely.

Still got it as an action hero, so I'd happily have him in the Fedora once more!

I had heard somebody else post that they (like me) would like to see a prequel to KotCS like Temple of Doom to Raiders and force Sean Connery out of retirement to have them together and another film after KotCS.

There is no need to have a new Indy movie in with kids or spouses or old friends. I hate that trend in sequels where they feel they have to involved them in some capacity. I think they should get back to basics of Indy with a sidekick in a standalone story with no baggage that previous characters bring and the knowing winks to the audience about whats gone in the other films.

KoTC was a mixed bag for me. Parts felt like classic indy, other parts not so much.

Raiders of the Last Ark is a landmark of motion pictures. I've also enjoyed ToD and LC quite a bit. So bring on another attempt. Let's try to go out on a high note!
