Troy Baker is an amazing voice actor. Somewhere on youtube is a 15 minute video of all the characters he's voiced. One of my favorites is the Joker in the newest Arkham game.

I stand corrected I know the song but I haven't heard it in a long time. They make it sound beautiful yet melancholy which suits it.

 

I knew a different version of the song. It turns out there are two versions. One that is heard in that video and the other that has different lyrics, but the chorus remains the same. The other one is usually done in bluegrass or country music style and is usually called "Can The Circle Be Unbroken" instead of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken". I like the version in the video so much better. There's a really cool short version of it in the game BioShock: Infinite
