Elizabeth of York: A Tudor Princess and Her World; The Princes in The Tower (re-reading for the umpteenth time).
Both books are by Alison Weir.

Was she the one that wrote The Other Boleyn Girl, or was that someone else?

    Revenge of the Dwarves

Love the Dwarves series by Markus Heitz. I would recommend it to LOTR fans.

The latter. The Other Boleyn Girl was written by Philippa Gregory.

    Artemis Fowl: The Last Guardian.

A friend of mine spoiled the ending though. I'm not happy.

Wishing on the Moon: The Life and Times of Billie Holiday by Donald Clarke, which is easily the most informative, comprehensive bio on Lady Day to this point.

Silver Wings, Santiago Blue by Janet Dailey. A novel about America's women pilots during WW2. The author is a pilot and clearly did good research, so the flying parts are pretty good. I could have done with less drama and angst, "burning gazes" and "urgent desires."

Reminds me that I have that book in hardback and haven't read it yet. It's been so long since I read Artemis Fowl I've forgotten a lot of what happened now.

Star Wars: Honor Among Thieves - I'm only one chapter in, but I will say that the authors (writing under a pseudonym) have really nailed the personalities of big three thus far.

It's definitely off to a promising start :). I like that they're starting to explore the time between Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back of late (Scoundrels, Razor's Edge).

I stopped reading them after the series got into idiotic time travel nonsense.

The Momuments Men--book the movie of the same name is based on. So far it is good, but we are 3 chapters in and haven't started any art saving!

I put aside the 800 page Kali Hooper series(each book within is 200 pages or so) as it is decent enough to read but not thrilling me. I'll save it for times when i am between books.

    Now reading

My condolences. It's... an unworthy follow-up.
