No, I was quoting his earlier post he made in this thread (around pg. 7 I believe). It appears he voted twice, each time differently.

Sorry, Garrett, you're definitely right.

Darth Dominikkus, the guy who is keeping the running tally, Jarren Lee-Saber, is cool enough that's he allowing people to change their votes, but if you do change your vote, then in your post you have to let him know how you voted previously, so that he can re-tabulate the totals.

Jarren Lee Saber is keeping a running tally that adds up every person's votes. The last time he added it up was on page 20 of this thread. This was the order:

So, the problem is you've voted twice: once on page 7 and again on page 21. That throws off Jarren Lee-Saber's vote tally since everyone is supposed to get only one vote.

Jarren is willing to let people change their votes, like you did, but you need to let Jarren know when you post your new vote that you voted before and also how you voted earlier. Doing this helps Jarren be sure everyone only gets one vote.

(BTW I don't think you need to do it in this situation because I've just provided Jarren with all the needed info, but if the order of your favorites changes and you vote again in the future, then please let Jarren know.)

Funny. From a thematic standpoint I actually find AotC to be the strongest of the films (though I still can not [and will not] rank the films). AotC is like a tapestry of visual and audio motifs that play off of the other five films in the saga, expanding, reflecting, and even enlightening themes that will become important as the story moves forward chronologically (I don't like sand, and he never did go back to Tatooine). It is always such a joy (or a horror, from a certain point of view) watching the events unfold as they reflect and build up to the Imperial mechanization of episodes III-VI. Sure, RotS is the true connective tissue, but if TPM was a prologue laying out the pieces and RotS was the completion of the puzzle that formed the original trilogy, AotC was Lucas scattering out the pieces, layering them on top of one another, and deciding how they should all fit.

I know, blasphemy that I rate two prequels over ESB p), but it's never been as highly thought of as It's made out to be, imo. It's definitely a wonderful film, that has a great score by Williams, but of the OT, I think it's the worst...well, least best.

There are TONS of people here who love the PT and OT equally. Some people who love the PT and dislike the OT, some who love the OT and dislike the PT, some who love the special editions, some who hate them, etc
