The West's capitulation to a sexual revolution of easy divorce, rampant promiscuity, pornography, homosexuality, feminism, abortion, same-sex marriage, euthanasia, assisted suicide -- the displacement of Christian values by Hollywood values.

But the war to be waged with the West is not with rockets. It is a cultural, social, moral war where Russia's role, in Putin's words, is to "prevent movement backward and downward, into chaotic darkness and a return to a primitive state."

In 2013, the Kremlin imposed a ban on homosexual propaganda, a ban on abortion advertising, a ban on abortions after 12 weeks and a ban on sacrilegious insults to religious believers.

In the new ideological Cold War, whose side is God on now?---

Even the likes of Fox News and Limbaugh juts love Putin. These same people call Obama socialist communist Hitler Stalin yet an actul Communist who just invaded another country gets a pss because he's a homophobe.

 

Well just browsing headlines and seeing a few bad things here and there but nothing jumped out at me and it looked like a derp free day UNTIL Mississippi signs a bill that:


“I am proud to sign the Mississippi Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which will protect the individual religious freedom of Mississippians of all faiths from government interference,” Gov. Phil Bryant said in a statement.

Well wait a minute, isn't that what the 1st Amendment is for?

Yep, social conservatives are willing to overlook Putin's suppression of the media, intimidation of political opponents, flagrant violation of a neighbor's sovereignty under false pretenses and threatening the viability of the international system, and his support of a mass murderer. All because homosexuality is legal in the West, and we don't stone adulterers.

 

Well we spent 6 trillion dollars in Iraq, many thousands of soldiers have been killed or injured not to mention many many more civilians killed. And our gas prices went up not down. Perhaps the Iraqis themselves have a better world to live in and it was all worth it.

Iraq to legalize childhood marriage and sousla rape

A contentious draft law being considered in Iraq could open the door to girls as young as nine getting married and would require wives to submit to sex on their husband's whim, provoking outrage from rights activists and many Iraqis who see it as a step backward for women's rights.

The draft law does not set a minimum age for marriage. Instead, it mentions an age in a section on divorce, setting rules for divorces of girls who have reached the age of 9 years in the lunar Islamic calendar. It also says that's the age girls reach puberty. Since the Islamic calendar year is 10 or 11 days shorter than the Gregorian calendar, that would be the equivalent of 8 years and 8 months old.

Also under the proposed measure, a husband can have sex with his wife regardless of her consent. The bill also prevents women from leaving the house without their husband's permission, would restrict women's rights in matters of parental custody after divorce and make it easier for men to take multiple wives.

 

Those all sound like activities that conservatives would love to take part in while in power.

Make it clear, this is an advisor who was quoted.
