Has there ever been a countdown clock here before (for the PT obviously)?

 

That clock is mildly hypnotic. I don't like hypnosis.

 

I'm not sure, but I don't think the old boards software supported a countdown clock. I don't remember seeing them, anyway.

 

There wasn't a countdown clock per se, but there was text around the banner that used to say how many days there were until ROTS. I specifically remember being excited when it went lower than 1,000 days. Not even sure if I was a registered user back then, but I do remember that distinctly.

 

hello, anyone home? all of the casting rumors and filming location rumors have me wondering when i'll want to just leave the 7SA forum for good and stay unspoiled.

I'm just staying out of 7SA as long as possible.

 

I'm around. I will not be venturing into the SA forum ever. Not much fun in my mind to go see a movie when you know everything that's going ot happen.

 

It was one thing for prequels, having expectations and knowing how it ends, it's another thing now. I will stay as spoiler free as I can.

I agree with RJR to a point. Empire is still fun even though I have seen it a hundred times.

I love to watch movies over and over and over until I know the lines forwards and backwards. However there is always something special about the first time you see that movie. That memory I believe would be tainted if you knew the whole plot before you went in.

 

That happened to me when I saw Titanic. All that water everywhere...

 

I felt like I was drowning by that point. I haven't gotten the large since.
