According to the report, Singer can prove that he was in Toronto during the two alleged encounters through credit card bills and receipts. Especially since he was filming during the second incident and was with other witnesses doing pre-production when the first incident occurred.

 

In which case, the only winners from this affair will be the lawyers?

 

In this case, Singer's lawyers.

 

Nope, the other guy's as well - they'll make sure they're paid too.

Um, no. Because Jean chose Scott at the end of X2.

 

Then in X-3 Phoenix killed him.

 

And?

The point of the picture is to say that his character never gets chosen. In X3 Phoenix (who is a whole bunch of psychosis and is not Jean Grey) kills Scott, and then tries to kill Logan before the Jean personality resurfaces enough to have him kill her. If you're saying that means that Jean chose Scott over the actual choice made in X2, you need to have some therapy on what constitutes love and healthy relationships (as does the creator of said image).

PS - as much as I like Amy Adams, I'd prefer to end up with Idina Menzel...

 

I had no idea that was Idina in that movie.

 

My favorite in-joke of the whole thing is that she's the only one who doesn't get to sing!

Yes, technically Jean chose Scott and Wolverine even acknowledged it in X2 and in-universe I would agree with you that Scott "got" the girl. But narratively X3 was all about Jean/Wolverine -- Wolverine was the one who got to "save" her in the end, and totally usurped Scott's story and connection with Jean.

It's like, even when the girl really IS his girl, the poor guy can't even keep her.

 

Blame Marsden for opting to do "Superman Returns".

 

And Superman didn't "get" Lois at the end of Superman Returns.

 

Technically he did, since he's the daddy and Lois is still clearly in love with him.

 

Yes but I got the impression that Superman moved on.

 

Except for the fact that her password is Superman and that he can tell that she's still in love with him, I don't think so.

 

But she's still with Richard.

 

Can we just agree that things were left in such an ambiguous state that we don't know - and will never know - just who stayed with who at the end of SR? Just like we'll never know what happens to Kal-el Jr.

 

I'd rather we agreed that movie never happened.

 

Maybe her password needed 8 characters.

 

It's a masterpiece compared to MoS.
