T-Shirt Pick up! Starfest vs May the Fourth

In the post from the April meeting. SITH__CHICK said this regarding picking up our fantastic RMFF T-Shirts (see quote below). I have started this post as requested since she is nice enough to tote the T-shirts around to the two events so we can come pick them up.

"I will have them with me on Saturday at Starfest and again on May the 4th. I don't want to tote ALL the shirts around with me ALL weekend so I'm asking people to post which day and location works best for them.
If you want to have someone else pick them up for you, I need to know that in advance too, please post that info as well. The boards will be our tracking log."

I (Haikukid aka Jill aka Wonder Newb) will be at Sunday, May the Fourth and I had 1 women's shirt and 2 kids shirts....sorry forgot the colors already

 

I had an adult and 2 kids! I'll be at starfest!

 

We would like to pick ours up at May the Fourth. Here is a copy of our order:
Womans shirt charcoal one XXXL
Mens shirt indigo blue one XL
Mens shirt military green one XXXL
Mens shirt indigo blue one XXXL

 

I'll pick up my medium indigo blue on May Fourth.

 

1 indigo blue, men's small
I'll be at StarFest on Saturday.

May the Fourth. I think it will be easier for most to pick up at Wings, as there are places we could stick em (inside or in our cars), not as easy as Starfest where you either have to carry around or make longer trip to car.

 

We will pick ours up at May the 4th.

FYI - I haven't had an update on the pick up date on the t-shirts. If it's later in the week, I just might have EVERY tee with me. Tons of stuff to do leading up to these huge events and may not have time to sort them. I do have lists of who ordered what, so that's a start

Can I help you sort T-shirts so you don't have to lug them ALL to both events? Some evening this week? Should we start a new worksheet on the google doc for who is picking up shirts where?

 

Kimmy, don't worry about getting me mine this weekend. My attitude and health are poodoo, and Sunday will be chaos. IDK if I'll get to SF or not.

 

Still no word on the shirts but I have my feelers out, might hear tonight.
