C'mon, who wouldn't want a yacht?

I understand the freedom fantasy Montie's talking about.
I'm not generally enamored with the toys of the uber rich at all but that's an exception.

 

Good grief. You can just do that? Set something loose at sea and just wave bye bye you are someone else's problem?

I Are The Internets. The dream here is to be able to get my hands on at least a 40 foot sailing vessel then head up the St Lawrence Seaway, head down the east coast, make a few tourist stops along the way, then hit the coast of Florida and the Caribbean at my whim. Yes, you can live permanently on a boart and still have tv and internet and so forth. You'd be surprised how many people do this. I am not sure it'd be permanent if i could get my hands on such a thing, but I would most certainly make that journey. So, occasionally I see a pic of sailing paradise I like and post it like I would in the awesome pic thread or art thread.

Not sure if I'd attempt a trip around the globe. Many people do this in groups for safety.

 

Ha I was just joshin ya.

 

It's only a few thousand miles of sailing to get to Tahiti.

beer. It's actually a quote from an American, so probably does mean beer in this case.

 

Ah of course. Well, if you recall our time in the Territorials, Diggy, brew was of course "tea". So the reference to your signature was, in my view, a vile slander and you would be well within your rights to demand an apology. After alll, you are seeking a new start - "a nu start" as per your signature.
