Buff, NY Buffalo Infringment Festival - August 2, 2014

Time: Arrival 3:30 Appearance 4:30-6:30

Dan Reynolds passed along an invite to participate with part of a large festival that is taking part in various locations throughout the area on August 2. He and Beckie are heading up planning for the kids area at one of the locations and asked if we would like to participate.

As our usual appearances, we have been asked to mingle, pose for pictures, and perform a skit if the correct staff is on hand. We may have a table and room for a few non-costumed members to staff an informational table.

A secure place to change and water is being provided.

There will be food trucks, local bands, and many activities going on until midnight. We are welcome to stay after our appearance if we'd like.

I'm a maybe until I know my schedule for the play I got cast in. Our opening weekend is the 1-3 but I don't know the performance times yet.

I'm definitely up for this, let me just check my work sched on Monday to see what the dealy deal is.

 

I can't make any commitments to any events right now, as I have something in the works that could eat up my weekends.

 

Even if you can't confirm, if you can come out great. There will be art activities and games for daughter if you decide to attend.

 

I'm a maybe. I may know more firmly in the next couple days or it could be next week. As soon as I know if I'll be around, I'll let you know!

We should be able to make this. Is it indoor or out door? Not that it matters much.

 

The meet and greet will be outside under a large canopy. There will also be an electrical outlet if you need it for R2.
