    Eh, if you really want Medivh, maybe he'll be written in the movie as some mentor figure or guide. That's what they did with him WC3. Or maybe he could be possessed again. Or just go nuts. However, to go back to the start and tell the story of Medivh? Waaaay too complex.

    Yeah Medivh's role in the third war was pretty crucial but then you need to know a) how he took that form (last of Aegewynn's magic) and b) Why he's doing what he's doing.
