ST Episode VIII Production Announcement Video

One thing that might work if they start immediately after TFA is that the crawl could actually be effective when viewing the films all at once down the road. Since they didn't over explain things In TFA which I thought was really effectively done the crawl could actually serve as a recap of sorts and talk about the repercussions of what happened in TFA such as the hosnian system being wiped out and basically collapsing the republic. Since the crawl is supposed to fill in exposition that you don't want to see in the movie but help fill you in it could work.

 

That would be a cool way to recap Luke's thoughts about the events of TFA.

That is 2000% fake. It was discussed in the spoiler thread a couple weeks ago.

 

I am wondering what Luke did during production of ep7?
Is it possible that they were shooting scenes with Hamill silently during ep7 production for a spin off to fill the time between ep6-7?

 

That's 100% not unimpossible.
