Now that Indiana Jones 5 is official lets get to speculating what the title might be.

I'll start with some ideas I've had since the Indy 4 days back in 2005 - 2008:

Indiana Jones and the Iron Curtain
Indiana searches for a treasure inside the Soviet Union.

Indiana Jones and the Shores of Avalon
Indy finds King Arthur's sword Excalibur.

Indiana Jones and the Final Frontier
Indy somehow gets involved with the space race.

Featuring Indy squaring off with Sallah's long-lost half-brother who emerges as a powerful cult leader in search of God!

Anyways, just coming up with some random titles and accompanying story ideas:

Rasputin / Cold War.

Greek myths / old age, mortality.

Indiana Jones and the Giants Beneath the Stars
Stonehenge / druid myths revealing the origins of Merlin.

Southeast Asian myths / Vietnam War backdrop.

Indiana Jones and the Nazi Gold Assignment
Self-explanatory, though I'm not sure of the supernatural premise.
