I imagine he would have. But I do not think he aspires to it. Rule of the galaxy as a physical person at the head of a visible empire is what most Sith aspire to.

This is the Sith bathing club. Cats chew on our cords. Our cats are wonderful. They clean our toothpaste up and give us massages.

I just finished reading Lost Tribe of the Sith-- it was fantastic. And I must say, John Jackson Miller's writing is absolutely delightful. I felt the same way after finishing Kenobi.

That book is a very strong influence upon what I consider a functional Sith society. The Tribe's involvement in Fate of the Jedi thereafter was a little disappointing in comparison, but the novel (and comic series), were stellar.

Indeed they were! We have become familiar with Sith on the galactic stage, but what happens when they are stranded on a primitive world? How will their nature play out on familiar ground? That was a novelty I found intriguing when I first heard of Lost Tribe.

And the comic series? Let's just say any appearance by Jen'jidai from seven millennia BBY makes me giddy. [face_love]

One of the greatest reasons for my love of the Vector series, for example.

The Lost Tribe members were beautiful, as well.

I haven't read LotF but that lost tribe of Sith sounds intresting.
But they feel also a bit like a deus ex machina. Or was there foreshadowing like they did with the Vong?

The Lost Tribe of the Sith were an off-shoot of the original Sith Empire. Their ship, Omen, crashed on the planet Kesh. Over the course of a few millennia, they established themselves as the rulers of the Keshiri, originally placing themselves above the natives, who originally thought of them as deities. Eventually, there would be Keshiri members of the Sith by the time of Fate of the Jedi.

They very much went out of their way to provide detail of their founding, tied it into other works on-going at the time, and to outstanding plots and references. I'd heartily recommend the Tribe novel.

Okay guess I will check that out someday. :) Sounds intresting.
I was already thinking about reading FoJ cause I heard it has some Jacen in it.
Should I read the lost tribe before FoJ?

Definitely, I'd say. Otherwise you will get pretty annoyed as the Tribe will feel like an deus ex machina!

    Okay.
I just fear when I read their book first I will end up rooting for them. Like I did for Thrawn cause I've read Outbound Flight before the trilogy.

Have you an assignment for an apprentice, Emperor?

One does not want their shrewdness to rust... :p

A long life with many ups and downs. Also, a dark stranger is just around the corner.

SateleNovelist11 - add 3 points to your total for the mission you recently accomplished. Good job! For your next assignment, so to saberparts.com and build your lightsaber. Take a screenshot and show me, I'll be happy to post if you have any trouble with that. I look forward to seeing your lightsaber.
