Unless you're under 198lbs, a bench of 275 is intermediate:

    http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/BenchStandards.html

There are several guys at the gym where I train who bench well over 200kg (440lbs) but I don't train at a pusscake gym where people don't squat.

As for being all talk, there's plenty of videos of me lifting on these forums (normal username slightly_unhinged) Let's see one of you... bearing in mind that the standard for the bench press is full range of motion, paused on chest, butt stays on bench, press to lockout without assistance.

Also, I'd like to see you squat and deadlift. Preferably not when I'm trying to drink coffee or anything that might be sprayed across the room when lols ensue.

edit:- to save you looking around, here's a few samples of me being all talk:

    "Good."

I wonder what would happen if I said the second option though.

    "Fine, how are you?"

Round my way, the traditional exchange goes like this:
    "All right?" / "All right."
    Often truncated to:
    "Right?" / "Right."
    Occasional/regional variations include:
    "Y'alright?" / "M'alright."
"Ah bist?" or "'Ow am ya?" or "Yow awight?" / "Bostin."

I prefer a proper "How do you do" combined with a tiny bow and the raising of one's top hat.

You would be less incorrect than your current response.

I can also confirm that not only did yeurgh bin someone's ear in at a 'spurs game for saying 'ello to him (****in' provocative gesure), that I've met him and that is indeed him. In case Bowen (or anyone else) wants to challenge it.

He was less hirsute that in the latter videos however, but no less handsome and rugged.

****in' provocative indeed. I wasn't going to be put upon like that.
