Event: Bison's Hot Stove Prospect Showcase

Date: Saturday, January 14

Location: Adam's Mark Hotel

Event time: 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Arrival time: 10am

Secure dressing area: yes

Parking: parking passes will be given to this who attend and park at the Adams Mark garage

We are asked to mingle with guests and provide photo ops.
We have been asked to perform our "demo" at 1230. With that said, can we get our droid with supplies to to the event?

Table and backdrop set up are still pending. If requested, can we get these items to the event?

I can make it as right now! Sorry, I thought I had told you before, but I guess didn't. I'll be in my Endor Soldier costume.

 

I will not be able to attend this. I work until 3am the night before.

 

We can use another few more sith for our presentation at 12:30.

I say bring your costume and you and Jill can take turns.
Being this is your first event, perhaps it would be good to help with wrangling and table / photo op assistance to get a feel for how things go. I'll have a North Ridge shirt for you or any Star Wars attire will work.
But you are absolutely welcome to bring your costume.

 

I'm becoming increasingly wary of trooping in my R1 trooper gear in a very public setting such as this one, so will do General Dodonna, weaponless, instead.

yeah amanda can be a sith. I just dont have any other costume thats fully functioning to wear for an extended period of time at the moment.

 

No worries! Cory can costume with helmet off, and you with helmet on. It's a large enough space that we will definitely make it work so you both may be involved. I'm super glad that you're coming!

 

I don't think I'll be making it to this one after all, sorry guys, hope it's a great event though!
