theometric i used to be the same way with backstory actually, i once had a character with over ten pages of it. i've kind of changed a bit, preferring to leave things more vague and build up the characters history by playing them, having some major points and general guidelines to work within. but everyone's different, and a good, strong backstory is definitely an awesome thing to have for a character. it also helps you create a story around them as well.

if you're looking for another good game, there's always bound by honor made by darth_elu, it's got a few pages but has really just started and he's always accepting new players. it's still star wars, but with a samurai and shogun era japanese kind of twist to it.
